On each A4 sheet
A two-page spread (125 × 176 mm) always gets a sheet of its own.
4. Preview and download
Fixed shapes are placed at the real passport size (one page is 125 × 88 mm). When printing, choose Actual size / 100%, not “Fit to page”.
How to use
- 1Photograph the passport's data page (the page with your photo) on a dark, plain surface, then add it here. Add any visa or other pages too; you can choose several photos at once.
- 2For each page, check the four corners: each white dot should sit on a corner of the page, with the gold line along the top. Press “Turn 90°” if a page comes out sideways.
- 3Pick the shape: “One page” for the data page or a single visa page, “Two pages open” for a full spread, or “Free shape” for anything else.
- 4Choose a look (Enhance for a clean scan, Black & white for a photocopy) and 1 or 2 pages per A4 sheet.
- 5Press “Download PDF”. Print at “Actual size / 100%” to get a real-size copy.
FAQ
Is it safe to put my passport here?
Yes. Everything happens inside your browser, on your own phone or computer. Your passport photos are never uploaded to our server or anywhere else, and nothing is kept after you close the page.
Will the copy be the real passport size?
Yes for the fixed shapes. A passport page is 125 × 88 mm (the international ID-3 size), and a two-page spread is 125 × 176 mm; they are placed at exactly that size on A4. Print with “Actual size” or “100%”. “Free shape” is enlarged or reduced to fit the page instead.
Which pages do embassies and employers usually ask for?
Almost always the data page with your photo and details. Some also want the last page, the observation page, or pages with previous visas and stamps. Add each one as its own photo; they go into the PDF in the order shown.
Can I put two pages on one A4 sheet?
Yes. Choose “2 per sheet” and two single pages go one above the other, each at real size, with an optional dashed line to cut between them. A two-page spread is too tall for that, so it gets a sheet of its own.
The photo was taken at an angle. Will it look straight?
Yes. Placing the four corners on the page's corners straightens it, like a scanner app. For the sharpest result, photograph the passport in daylight from straight above, without flash glare on the laminate.
The PDF is too big for the online form. What can I do?
Choose “Small file (200 DPI)” quality and “Black & white” or “Grey”, which make the PDF much smaller and are still easy to read. One page at 200 DPI is usually well under 300 KB.
