How to use
- 1For each item, enter the type (flex, PVC, sticker, festoon), the size (feet or inches), the quantity and your rate per square foot. Square feet and cost are worked out automatically.
- 2Add the design charge, frame/stand, delivery, profit % and any discount to see the grand total and the amount in words.
- 3Tap "Make quotation" and enter your shop's name, phone and address and the customer's name. Your shop details are remembered for next time.
- 4Choose the document language (English or Bangla), then tap "Print / PDF" to print it or pick "Save as PDF" and send it to the customer on WhatsApp.
FAQ
How do I calculate a banner's square feet?
Width (ft) × height (ft) = square feet. For example, a 6 × 3 ft banner is 18 sq ft; at a rate of 15 taka that costs 270 taka. If the size is in inches, width × height ÷ 144 = square feet. The tool does this for you.
What rate per square foot should I charge for flex?
Rates vary by area, machine, flex quality (regular, star or backlit) and quantity. The tool starts with a sample rate; once you enter your own shop's rate, it is remembered for next time.
Where is the profit % added?
Profit % is added only to the print rate, not to the design charge, frame or delivery. On the quotation the customer sees the final rate including profit; the profit itself is not shown separately.
Can I make the quotation in Bangla?
Yes. In the quotation details, set Document language to Bangla and the quotation prints in Bangla, with Bangla digits and the amount in Bangla words. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
How do I send the quotation as a PDF on WhatsApp?
Tap "Print / PDF" to open the print window. Choose "Save as PDF" instead of a printer, save it, then send the file on WhatsApp or Messenger. On a phone you can also save a PDF from Chrome's print menu.
Where are my shop details and rates saved?
Everything stays only in this browser (localStorage); nothing is sent to our server. On another phone or computer you'll need to enter them again, and clearing your browser data removes them.
