ATS-Friendly CV Maker

Fill in your details and get a clean, one-column CV that job sites and ATS software can read, with SSC/HSC-style education entries, then save it as a PDF.

“Download PDF” opens the print window: choose Save as PDF as the printer, paper A4, and switch off Headers and footers. On a phone, use Share → Print → Save as PDF if your browser shows a print preview.

How to use

  1. 1Fill in your name and contact details, then open each section (objective, work experience, education, skills and so on) and type your details. Press “Sample” to see a finished example first.
  2. 2Add, remove or reorder jobs, exams and other entries with the buttons on each entry. Under “Design & layout” choose a template and colour, move whole sections up or down, and add a photo only if the job asks for one.
  3. 3Check the live preview (on a phone, tap “Preview”). It shows the A4 page and about how many pages your CV will take.
  4. 4Press “Download PDF”, choose “Save as PDF”, paper A4, and switch off “Headers and footers”. Use “.txt” for a plain-text copy to paste into job-portal forms.

FAQ

What makes this CV ATS-friendly?

Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals read CVs as plain text. This CV uses a single column, standard headings such as “Work Experience” and “Education”, normal fonts and real, selectable text, with no tables, text boxes, icons or images in the text. The PDF you save keeps that text, so software can read your name, jobs, exams and skills correctly.

Should I add my photo, father's name, NID or religion?

Only if the employer asks. ATS software ignores photos, and many companies, especially multinational ones, prefer CVs without a photo or personal details. Many Bangladeshi employers and government jobs still ask for them, so the Personal Details section and the photo are available but switched off by default. Never add your NID number unless it is required.

How do I write SSC and HSC results?

Add one Education entry per exam: for example Exam “HSC”, Group “Science”, Board “Dhaka”, Result “GPA 5.00 out of 5.00”, Passing year “2020”. For a degree, write the university in Board/University and the result as “CGPA 3.45 out of 4.00”. List the highest degree first.

Can I write my CV in Bangla?

Yes. You can type Bangla (Unicode, for example with Avro or Google keyboard) in any box and it shows correctly in the preview and the PDF. The section headings stay in English, which most employers and ATS software expect; for a fully Bangla CV, write your details in Bangla and keep the headings.

Is my CV saved? Is it uploaded anywhere?

Your draft is saved automatically in this browser on this device, so you can close the page and continue later. Nothing is uploaded to our server. If you clear your browser data or use another phone, the draft won't be there, so keep your PDF.

Why does the PDF have the website address or date at the top?

That comes from the browser's print settings, not the CV. In the print window open “More settings” and untick “Headers and footers”. Also set paper size to A4 and margins to Default.
