Job Application Photo & Signature Resizer
Resize and compress your photo and signature to the exact size and KB limit that online job and admission forms ask for (Teletalk: photo 300×300 px under 100 KB, signature 300×80 px under 60 KB), or set your own.
Each circular can ask for something different, so check yours. If it doesn't match, choose “Custom size”.

How to use
- 1Pick the requirement. “Govt job (Teletalk)” is set up for you, or choose “Custom size” and type what your circular asks for.
- 2Add your photo, then drag and zoom it until your face sits nicely in the frame.
- 3Add a photo of your signature on white paper. Keep “Clean background” on to make the paper white and the ink dark.
- 4Check the green tick for the size and KB, then download photo.jpg and signature.jpg and upload them to the form.
FAQ
What size do Teletalk job forms ask for?
Most government job circulars on Teletalk ask for a 300×300 pixel photo under 100 KB and a 300×80 pixel signature under 60 KB. But each circular can be different, so check yours. If it asks for something else, choose “Custom size” and type the width, height and KB.
How does the tool keep the file under the KB limit?
It tries many JPG quality levels and keeps the highest quality that still fits under the limit. The pixel size always stays exactly what you set. It counts 1 KB as 1000 bytes, so the file passes on every website.
My signature photo looks grey. How do I fix it?
Keep “Clean background” on. It makes the paper pure white and the ink darker, even if the photo has shadows. Move the strength slider up if the paper still looks grey, or down if thin lines start to disappear.
How should I take the signature photo?
Sign with a black or blue pen on plain white paper. Take the photo in daylight, straight from above, without your shadow on the paper. Then zoom in so the signature fills the frame.
Is my photo safe? Is it uploaded?
Everything happens inside your browser. Your photo and signature never reach our server, and nothing is saved after you close the page.
The form says my photo is the wrong size. What now?
Check the numbers on the circular again and enter them with “Custom size”. Some forms want the width and height the other way round, or a different KB limit. The result line under each preview shows the exact pixels and KB you will upload.
